Registered Dental Hygienist | $50+/hr | Wisconsin

Work-Life Balance: Predictable, no-call schedule (Monday–Thursday 8 AM–4 PM, Friday 8 AM–1 PM). Minimum of 3 working days per week required.
Desirable Practice Setting: High-volume, well-established private general dentistry practice with strong patient demand and capacity for growth (up to 55 new patients per month when staffed). Largest PPO office in the area with minimal local competition.
Ideal Work Environment: Family-style, patient-focused practice with long-tenured staff. Office environment designed to be welcoming and comfortable, with amenities such as a full kitchen and regular team lunches.
Favorable Call Schedule: No call responsibilities.
