Qualifications

 

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensure: Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
• Experience: Full-scope Primary Care; procedural experience welcomed
• Sponsorship: No visa sponsorship available
