Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Compensation: Compensation reaching $294K–$300K at full panel.
Bonus Opportunities: Increase earnings through a revenue-sharing model beginning at 300 patients.

Qualifications:

Degree: MD or DO required.
Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Licensure: Eligible for or active medical license.
Skillset: Demonstrates a strong commitment to patient-centered and preventative care.
Experience: Open to physicians at all career stages. Would prefer someone well rounded in Primary care and/or Emergency Medicine.
