Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (BOE)
  • $175,000 – $225,000 for residency-trained candidates
  • Strong revenue upside with $400K–$500K additional annual production opportunity
  • Quarterly production-based bonuses

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) required
  • Residency training preferred (especially in medical optometry), but not required
  • Must hold or be eligible for Massachusetts optometry license
  • Typical MA licensure timeline: ~4–8 weeks once application is complete
  • Strong clinical skills in primary and secondary medical eyecare
  • Interest in managing ocular disease and chronic conditions
  • Open to both new graduates and experienced providers
  • Mentorship available for early-career optometrists
