A mission-driven community health organization in the Minneapolis area is seeking a Dental Director to provide clinical leadership across a growing dental program. This role blends hands-on patient care with strategic leadership, mentoring providers, supporting students, and guiding operations across multiple sites.

Schedule

  • Full-time leadership role
  • Mix of clinical + administrative (flexible, approx. 60% clinical/40% administrative)
  • Typically Monday–Friday Schedule
  • Flexible 4-day schedule possible
  • Split time between 2 Minneapolis-area locations

Compensation & Incentives

  • Annual Compensation up to $265,000 based on experience

Clinical & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor dentists, therapists, and hygienists
  • Provide clinical care and oversight
  • Support new graduate mentorship and training
  • Oversee student rotations and partnerships
  • Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and strategy
  • Ensure quality, workflow efficiency, and patient satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

  • DDS or DMD
  • Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
  • Passion for team development and coaching
  • Comfortable balancing clinical + administrative duties
  • Community health experience a plus (not required)
