Position Highlights

Compensation
- Up to $106,000/annual
- Paid biweekly via direct deposit
- Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
- Payroll issued every other Thursday
On-Call & Callback Compensation
Employees participate in a rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday call schedule with generous additional compensation.
On-Call Pay
- $1.50 per hour for every hour scheduled on call
Callback Pay
- 1.5x hourly rate for all callback hours worked
Weekend Call Guarantee
Employees assigned weekend call (Friday 6:00 PM through Monday 8:00 AM) receive:
- Guaranteed 10 hours of callback pay
- Plus 1.5x pay for all hours actually worked
- Guaranteed pay applies even if no callback occurs
Weekend and holiday call responsibilities rotate among department staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily radiology operations and departmental workflow
- Perform diagnostic radiographic and CT examinations
- Provide imaging services for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient populations
- Maintain quality assurance and patient safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, laboratory personnel, and administration
- Support staff education and department performance initiatives
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT Certification
- Eligible for Nebraska Radiologic Technologist licensure
- Strong general radiology skills
- Ability to work independently in a rural healthcare environment
Preferred
- CT experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
- CT cross-training available

Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
