Position Details:

• Full-time pediatric outpatient role within an integrated primary care environment
• Flexible scheduling: 4x10s (most common) or 5x8s
• Manage a structured caseload with 7–9 patients per day and built-in admin time
• Work alongside a collaborative team including PT, SLPs, and therapy assistants
• Opportunity to supervise OT assistants and play a key role in program development
• Patient population primarily ages 2–5, with focus on developmental delays and autism spectrum

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary structure: ~$90K–$106K+ based on experience

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• NBCOT certification
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Preferred: 2+ years pediatric experience (developmental, sensory, fine motor)
• Comfortable working in a team-based, underserved/community health setting
