Colorado (2 hours from Denver)

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-only Family Medicine practice
• 4 patient care days per week (8 AM–5 PM) with 1 dedicated administrative day
• Average patient volume of 12–14 patients per day
• Established rural practice with long-term stability as two physicians plan to retire in the next 5–6 years
• Practice is part of a Level IV Trauma Center serving the surrounding community
• ER call every third day for trauma activations (only 20 per year) and OB coverage with APP and tele-ER physician support

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary of $330,000
• $30,000–$60,000 signing bonus (3+ year commitment)
• Up to $20,000 relocation reimbursement
• $7,500 annual CME allowance
• No production/RVU compensation model

Qualifications:

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine candidates may also be considered)
• Licensure: Colorado license or ability to obtain
• Experience: New graduates (2027) through experienced physicians encouraged to apply
• Sponsorship: No visa sponsorship
