Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Director of Behavioral Health-LICSW

Position Highlights:

Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour workdays from 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Dedicated administrative day each week with a manageable patient volume of up to 10 patients daily during clinical days.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Compensation: Competitive market compensation with salaries ranging up to $115,000 for Director-level experience.
Additional Bonus Incentives: Sign-on bonus opportunity estimated between $10,000–$15,000 annually

Qualifications:

Degree: Master’s Degree in Social Work required.
Certification(s): Clinical supervision certification required.
Licensure: Active LICSW required with a minimum of 2 years of LICSW experience.
Skillset: Strong leadership, behavioral health, patient care, and team management skills preferred.
Experience: Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
