Join a well-established, modern private dental practice serving the Goldendale community for decades. Work in a 5-operatory clinic with cone beam CT technology, alongside an experienced owner dentist and two tenured hygienists in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment. New graduates and experienced hygienists alike are welcome.

Schedule & Patient Care

• Flexible 32 to 40 hour week, Monday through Friday
• No evenings, weekends, or call
• Average of 8 patients per day with traditional one-hour appointments (accelerated schedule optional)
• Private practice autonomy without corporate pressure

Compensation & Benefits

• First year potential salary $123K annually
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• $750/month medical insurance stipend
• Vision coverage
• In-house dental care plus up to $2,000 annually toward specialist treatment
• IRA with employer match
• Paid vacation (starting Year 2), sick leave, and approximately 6 paid holidays
• No Washington state income tax; The Dalles, OR (nearby) has no sales tax
