Medical Director Physician

FAMILY MEDICINE | MEDICAL DIRECTOR / CMO

Leadership Opportunity: Lead clinical operations for a growing FQHC serving rural and underserved populations.
Balanced Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40-hour work week with dedicated administrative time.
Clinical & Administrative Mix: Approximately 4 days of patient care and 1 day of leadership responsibilities.
Team-Based Environment: Collaborate with 7 Family Nurse Practitioners, behavioral health providers, dental staff, and executive leadership.
Flexible Call: Shared phone-only call rotation; no hospital call.

Base Salary: $275,000 guaranteed.

Degree: MD or DO
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine preferred; Pediatrics considered.
Licensure: Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure with a clean professional record.
