Northern California - 2 hours from Sacramento

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-only Family Medicine with a mission-driven FQHC
• Flexible 4x10 or 5x8 schedule with 1 hour of administrative time built into each day
• 14–20 patients per day with a gradual 90-day ramp-up
• Primarily adult patient population with no child well visits
• Shared call of 1 week every 3–4 months
• Opportunity to practice in a supportive rural community with long-term stability

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary of $290,000–$315,000, plus an additional $20,000 rural differential
• Two annual salary increases (typically 1%–15% based on performance and tenure)
• Productivity incentive of $35 per patient over 20 patients per day
• $100,000 sign-on bonus paid over 5 years ($10,000 paid at signing)
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
• $5,000 annual CME allowance
• PTO accrues to 4 weeks annually during the first two years and 5 weeks beginning in year three, with up to 300 hours of rollover
• Student loan assistance may be available

Qualifications:

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine candidates may also be considered)
• Licensure: California license or ability to obtain
• Experience: Early-career through experienced physicians encouraged to apply; new graduates welcome
• Sponsorship: No visa sponsorship
