Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Base salary $240,000-$300,000, commensurate with experience.
• Additional Bonus Incentives: Annual performance incentive of up to 3%, with employees meeting expectations historically receiving the full bonus.
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  DO
• Certifications:  Board Certified or Board Eligible in an osteopathic specialty; ONMM/NMM board certification preferred
• Licensure: Eligible for unrestricted Illinois medical license
• Skillset:  Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM), osteopathic principles, undergraduate medical education, curriculum development, case-based learning, laboratory instruction, student mentoring, educational scholarship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and academic leadership.
• Experience:  New graduates invited to apply
