Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Compensation: Base salary $240,000-$300,000, commensurate with experience.
Additional Bonus Incentives: Annual performance incentive of up to 3%, with employees meeting expectations historically receiving the full bonus.
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

Qualifications:
Degree: DO
Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in an osteopathic specialty; ONMM/NMM board certification preferred
Licensure: Eligible for unrestricted Illinois medical license
Skillset: Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM), osteopathic principles, undergraduate medical education, curriculum development, case-based learning, laboratory instruction, student mentoring, educational scholarship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and academic leadership.
