Dermatology Physician

Position Highlights:
Work-Life Balance: Flexible 4.5–5 day workweek with approximately 36 patient-facing hours and autonomy over your schedule and patient volume.
Ideal Work Environment: 3–4 exam rooms per physician, private or semi-private office, and 3–4 dedicated clinical staff.
Favorable Call Schedule: no more than once per year.
Experienced MAs screen and triage calls before physician escalation.
Culture & Support: Close-knit, physician-led group with providers who have been with the practice for 20+ years. Physicians can develop subspecialty interests based on their clinical passions.
Partnership & Growth: Partnership potential after 2.5 years. Current practice includes 4 Mohs surgeons and offers opportunities for professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Compensation: Production-based model:
$400K guaranteed minimum for the first 12 months
Average general dermatology partner earned approximately $750K in 2025.
Benefits: $7,000 CME, 6 weeks PTO including CME, malpractice covered, 401(k) and profit sharing.
