Position Highlights: 

• Full-time 12-month faculty appointment
• Lead the development of a brand new Master of Science Physician Assistant Studies program with a leading nonprofit university
• Join an entrepreneurial academic environment where your ideas, leadership, and vision shape future PA's 
• Serve as the founding Program Director, provide strategic direction for curriculum development, recruitment, accreditation

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary ranging from $140,000-$200,000 commensurate with experience

Qualifications: 

• Graduate of an ARC-PA-accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current or emeritus NCCPA certification 
• Eligible for IL licensure as a Physician Assistant
• Curriculum design, program development experience
• ARC-PA accreditation expertise
• 3 years of higher education experience within an accredited PA program
• Progressive leadership experience such as Associate Program Director, Clinical Director, or Academic Coordinator
