Audiologist | $90K-$115K Base + Performance Incentive | Southern Oregon

A well-established independent hearing-care practice in Southern Oregon is seeking an Audiologist or experienced Hearing Instrument Specialist who enjoys helping adults hear and live better. This is a chance to step into an established patient base, work a predictable weekday schedule, and earn a strong base salary with realistic performance-based upside, without giving up autonomy or a supportive team.

 

Position Details

• Full-time weekday schedule, generally Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
• No meaningful call requirement and only occasional optional community outreach.
• Split coverage between two nearby Southern Oregon clinics, about 20 minutes apart.
• Adult and geriatric patient population; no pediatric care at these locations.
• Hearing evaluations, treatment recommendations, hearing-aid fittings, and follow-up care.
• Strong emphasis on patient education and helping appropriate candidates move forward with treatment.
• Dedicated workroom at each site with cross-trained support staff onsite.
• Independent, family-led practice with room for a provider to build long-term community relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary generally targeted at $90,000-$115,000, based on experience and fit.
• Performance incentive model with attainable upside for a strong producer.
• Potential total earnings of approximately $140,000-$165,000+ based on base salary plus performance incentive; actual earnings depend on production and final plan structure.
• Relocation reimbursement available up to $5,000 for the right out-of-area candidate.

Qualifications

• Au.D. preferred; experienced Hearing Instrument Specialists will also be considered.
• Current Oregon Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispenser licensure, or ability to obtain appropriate Oregon licensure by hire.
• Strong hearing-aid dispensing, fitting, counseling, and follow-up experience.
• Comfortable working with an adult and geriatric hearing-loss population.
• Able to confidently discuss treatment recommendations and hearing technology with patients.
• Open to using a multi-manufacturer approach, including ReSound and Oticon.
• Strong communication, organization, computer, and patient-relationship skills.
• Interest in becoming part of a smaller community and building long-term roots.
