Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation: $32-$35/hr based on experience
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
  • Full Benefits: Full benefits with TCDRS retirement
  • Relocation Stipend: up to $3,000
  • Student Loan Repayment Assistance: up to $1,500

Qualifications

  • Degree: Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Licensure: Active Texas PTA license (or eligibility)
  • Skillset:  Strong communication skills, ability to manage patient flow, and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient environment
  • Experience:  Outpatient experience preferred; open to motivated new grads
