Position Highlights: 

• Work-Life Balance:  Monday through Friday 7:30a-5:30p, no call, no weekends.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation, Competitive Salary, Compensation, Financial Package: 
• Compensation: $75,000-$86,000 base, based on licensure and experience.
• Bonus: Available yearly; raise review at the 6-month mark of employment.
• Relocation: Assistance available.

• Student Loan Repayment: Eligible through both State of Tennessee and HRSA programs.

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  Master's in Social Work (LCSW) or Counseling (LPC)
• Licensure: Active or in process LCSW/LPC licensure in Tennessee
• Experience: Open to all levels, 3+ years preferred
• Skillset: Adult outpatient therapy; substance abuse experience a MUST
• Culture Fit: Comfortable and committed to a rural, mission-driven practice setting.
