Compensation & Benefits:

• High Earning Potential: Earn up to $433,000 annually before bonuses
• Competitive Base Salary: Base salary of approximately $261,000 - $339,622 per year
• Generous Bonus Package: $75,000 signing bonus, $20,000 in relocation assistance, and an $18,000 retention bonus that increases each year!
• Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical/dental/vision, CME time with allowance

Qualifications: 

• Certifications:  Board-certified or eligible in Pediatrics.
• Licensure: Licensed in Alaska, or willing to obtain Alaska licensure after offer
• Sponsorship: J1 and H1 visa sponsorship available for the right candidates.
