Work-Life Balance & Support:

• Clinic + OR Balance: 2–2.5 days/week in the OR; roughly 50/50 split between OR and clinic.
• Efficient Workflows: Elective cases handled at a nearby dedicated center known for speed and efficiency.
• Call Support: Just 3–4 call shifts/month + 1 weekend every 2–3 months; trauma colleagues handle most calls. $1,600 per night
