Position Highlights:
- Flexible 3-4 day Schedule and no weekends
- Join a collaborative practice with a 26-year history
- Future part ownership and partnership opportunity with an experienced Pediatric Dentist
- Receive direct mentorship and grow professionally!
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation:
- Reach up to $400K+/annual with a base of $1200-1300/day and between 30-35% of production
- Daily rate or 30-35% of net collectible production (whichever is greater)
- Sign-On & Relocation
- Competitive Benefits:

- CME allowance: $2500 (5 days off)
- 20 days PTO
- 4% 401k match
- Additional Benefits:
- AFLAC insurance options
- All primary dues and license paid for.
- First board exam paid for
Qualifications:
- Open to Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Dentist
- Licensure: OR Dental license
- Responsibilities/skillsets: general peds, exam, simple interceptive ortho & space management, restorative, some ancillary, nitrous oxide.
