Urology Physician - Tennessee

Southeast Metro Urology
Lead the future of Urology in one of the Southeast's premier Urology programs, where cutting-edge technology, a collaborative multi-hospital network, and $1.2M+ annual earning potential come together in beautiful Eastern Tennessee! With access to DaVinci robotics, a high-volume practice, and the Great Smoky Mountains right outside your door, this opportunity offers the perfect balance of quality patient care and quality of life.
The Clinical Landscape
- Dynamic Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a flexible Monday–Friday schedule - Typically 3–4 days in the clinic and 1–2 days in the OR, tailored to your surgical strengths
- High-Volume Impact: Average 20+ patients per day and 15–18 surgeries per week
- Cutting-Edge Tech: Full access to DaVinci Robotics at our flagship locations
- Comprehensive Care: Manage everything from erectile dysfunction and infertility to complex oncology (brachytherapy) and stones
- Well-Established Urology Practice: Join an experienced, supportive and growing team of 2 Urologists & 2 APPs

What You Bring
- Growth Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit eager to scale a program and leave a lasting mark on the community.
- Board Certification/Eligibility: Must be board certified or board eligible in Urology with a clean background/nothing that will prevent credentialing and/or obtaining additional licensure.
- Clinical Versatility: Proficiency in robotic-assisted surgery and a broad range of urological interventions.
- All levels of experience encouraged to apply, including new/upcoming graduates
The Investment in You We offer a top-tier compensation package designed to reward your expertise and ensure long-term success:
- Documented Earnings: Generous base salary guaranteed for first 18 months plus RVU production incentive - Current physicians are making between $1.2MM and $1.5MM annually
- Performance: Quarterly incentives
- Additional Incentives: Up to $50,000 Commencement and $75,000 Student Loan Repayment.
- Support: $15,000 Relocation, $4,500 CME allowance, and fully covered licensure/dues.
- Total Time Off: Negotiable
- Future Planning: Retirement plan with a generous match and a Fellowship Stipend (if applicable).
