  • Eau Claire, Wisconsin
  • Dental
  • Dentist
  • $120,000 - $350,000

Position Highlights:

General Dentist | $250K to $350K+ Earning Potential | Eau Claire, WI

Your chair. Your treatment plans. Your weekends.

A well-established, tech-forward practice in the Eau Claire metro is looking for a general dentist who wants owner-level earning potential without the owner-level headaches. No payroll. No marketing budgets. No broken compressor at 7 a.m.

What You'll Earn

  • 37% of adjusted net production, with providers here producing $4,000 to $6,000+ per day
  • That puts a full year at $250,000 to $350,000+ for an established schedule
  • A $120,000 guaranteed floor while you build, so your first few months are protected, not penalized
  • Up to $10,000 sign-on or relocation bonus (two-year commitment)

What You'll Work With

10 operatories, CBCT, CEREC and a fully digital workflow. Modern dentistry without the equipment wrestling match.

How You'll Practice

  • Full clinical autonomy. You diagnose and treatment plan the way you were trained, not the way a spreadsheet in another state prefers.
  • Room to grow into oral surgery, endo and implants, with mentorship if you want it

How You'll Live

  • 4 or 5 day workweek, no call
  • Flexible time off (yes, dentists get vacations too)
  • Trails, rivers, lakes and a close-knit community at a fraction of big city cost, with Minneapolis about 90 minutes away when you need a city fix

The Extras

  • 401(k) with 4% match
  • $1,000 annual CE allowance
  • Dental insurance plus free dental care for your family

Who Fits

DDS or DMD, licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin. New grads are welcome and will get support building their schedule. Experienced dentists ready to hit the ground running will feel right at home.

About the Area

Centuria, WI Community Resources

Tucked into the scenic northwest corner of Wisconsin, Centuria offers a peaceful, small-town lifestyle surrounded by lakes, forests, and rolling countryside. With a population of just a few hundred, it’s the kind of place where life slows down in the best way—quiet mornings, friendly neighbors, and a deep connection to the natural surroundings. If you’re looking to escape the noise and settle into a more relaxed rhythm, Centuria provides a refreshing sense of calm.

Community is at the heart of life here. Residents enjoy a close-knit, welcoming atmosphere where local events, school activities, and seasonal traditions bring people together. Whether it’s a town gathering or simply chatting with neighbors, there’s an easy familiarity that makes it simple to feel at home. It’s a place where relationships are genuine and everyday life feels more personal.

Centuria is especially appealing for those who love the outdoors. Located near Balsam Lake and several other nearby bodies of water, the area offers year-round recreation—from boating and fishing in the summer to snowmobiling and ice fishing in the winter. Parks, trails, and scenic drives provide endless ways to explore, making it ideal for anyone who values nature, space, and an active lifestyle.

Despite its rural charm, Centuria is conveniently located within reach of larger hubs. The Twin Cities metro area—Minneapolis and St. Paul—is just about an hour to an hour and a half away, offering expanded options for shopping, dining, healthcare, and entertainment. This proximity allows residents to enjoy the tranquility of small-town living while still having access to big-city amenities when needed.

Affordability adds to Centuria’s appeal. Housing is accessible and often more spacious, and the overall cost of living supports a comfortable, unhurried lifestyle. For those seeking a quieter place to settle down—without giving up connectivity—Centuria offers a balance that feels both practical and deeply rewarding.
