• Four-day clinical week plus a protected admin day

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $700,000 base salary
• Starting Bonus: $100,000, paid within 45 days of start
• Comprehensive Benefits Package: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
• Retirement: 403(b) with 50% match up to 6% of pay, plus an annual 3% core contribution
• Employer-paid malpractice coverage
• PTO: 240 hours, front-loaded, plus 7 paid holidays
• Professional Development: $2,500 annual CME allowance
• Relocation assistance up to $12,000

Qualifications: 

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications:  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Licensure: Unrestricted Michigan medical license (or eligible)
• Confident managing a broad general hematology-oncology practice across disease sites
• Strong communicator who builds relationships with patients and the care team
• Experienced physicians and fellowship graduates welcome
