Qualifications

• OB/GYN Physician: Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
• Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology preferred.
• Kansas Medical License: Current licensure or eligibility to obtain a Kansas physician license.
