Emergency Medicine Physician 

Northeast Indiana

Position Highlights: 

• Flexible Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 12 shifts per month for full-time physicians; part-time options available.
• Practice Setting: Rural Critical Access Hospital with a 10-bed emergency department and approximately 30-35 patients/day.
• Team Support: 24/7 laboratory, imaging, respiratory services, and dedicated EMS support. 
• Schedule Options: Daytime coverage is the primary need, but night shifts may also be considered. No 24-hour physician shifts. 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $240/hour, plus an additional rate exceeding 432 per quarter.
• Additional Bonus Incentives: Up to $65,000 annually based on wRVU productivity.
• Sign-On Incentives: Up to $100,000
• Retention Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary.
• Additional Benefits: Benefits available at .75 FTE or higher, including retirement, health insurance, and malpractice.

Qualifications: 

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: BC or BE in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds preferred.
• Licensure: Indiana Medical Licensure or the ability to obtain one.
• Skillset:  Must be comfortable with single-physician coverage and a broad range of emergency procedures.
