OB/GYN PHYSICIAN

Position Highlights: 

• Work-Life Balance: Four-day work week with dedicated clinic and OR time.
• Desirable Practice Setting: See an average of 15-18 patients per day across 2.5 clinic days and 1.5 OR days.
• Favorable Call Schedule: 1:4 call rotation.
• Culture & Support: Work alongside established OBGYN and FPOB providers, certified nurse midwives, and dedicated nursing and clinical staff.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $450k Base + additional wRVU compensation + performance and retention incentives.
• Sign-On Bonus: $125k in Signing Incentives
• Additional Perks: Six weeks off annually, standard holidays, and CME days and CME allowance.

Qualifications: 

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications:  BC or BE
• Licensure: Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
• Experience:  Candidates at all career stages welcome, including new graduates.
• Sponsorship: H-1B Waiver candidates may be considered.
