Compensation & Benefits

• $50–$55/hour, primarily based on experience
• Approximately $104,000–$114,400 annualized at 40 hours/week; actual earnings depend on final schedule and hours worked
• Potential flexibility for an especially strong or experienced candidate
• Approximately $5,000 sign-on and $5,000 relocation assistance if applicable.
• Sign-on assistance, when offered, is typically paid in full after 90 days

Who We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Active Wisconsin RDH license or ability to obtain
• Local anesthesia certification or ability to obtain
• Nitrous oxide certification or ability to obtain
• Electronic dental record experience preferred
• New graduates welcome
• Strong communication and patient-education skills
• Compassionate and comfortable working with patients who may have dental anxiety
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing quality patient care

Dental assistants assist with X-rays and room turnover, dedicated staff support sterilization, and Patient Care Coordinators handle much of the check-in, checkout, treatment-plan, and insurance coordination.
