Bio
Jacob Simon is Chief Operations Officer at The Medicus Firm, where he oversees sales, operations, and strategy across the firm. He joined TMF in 2014 and brings 13 years of experience in sales and physician recruitment, and 17 years in recruitment overall, to the role.
Before joining TMF, Jacob worked as a wide receivers coach and recruiting coordinator for a university football program, experience that shaped his early approach to finding and developing the right people for a team.
A native of Rosalia, Kansas, Jacob earned his bachelor's degree in biochemistry from McPherson College and a master's degree in administration from Northwestern State University. He now lives in Boerne, Texas, with his wife, Maricarmen, and their four children, Emmitt, Emilia, Noelle, and Hannah. Outside of work, he's often coaching his kids' sports teams, traveling, or watching football.
