Vanessa Leboehi is Divisional Vice President of The Medicus Firm's Allied & Dental Search division, where she leads a team of dental and allied health consultants.
Vanessa brings 20 years of recruiting experience, including 18 years leading teams, and joined TMF in 2023 after previous roles as an academic recruiter and as a provider recruitment manager for a regional health system. She favors a proactive approach: going out and finding the right fit for a role rather than waiting for it to come through a job posting.
A native of Indiana, Vanessa earned her bachelor's degree in psychology, with a minor in women's studies, from DePauw University. She now lives in Cumming, Georgia, with her husband, Patrick, a senior systems engineer, and their two daughters and son. Outside of work, she's usually scuba diving, traveling, cooking, or reading.
