6 Weeks PTO | West Texas

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Salary: Competitive base with full financial security from day one
- Professional Fees: Surgeon collects 100% of all professional fees generated
- Sign-On & Relocation: Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided
- Benefits: Full package including malpractice coverage, 8 weeks PTO (6 + 2), CME, and retirement
- Student Loan Repayment: Assistance program available
Qualifications
- Education: MD or DO
- Certification: BE/BC in General Surgery
- Licensure: Texas license or ability to obtain
- Experience: Open to BC/BE surgeons at all experience levels
