Up to $310,000+ First Year Package

100% Outpatient Opportunity

• $250,000 minimum base salary PLUS $60K sign-on/relocation bonus
• Additional $10k rural medicine stipend & up to $14k in quality incentives
• Patient volume averages between 17-21; 4 or 5-day work week
