Each month, you will receive a progress report regarding the status of your search(es), including sourcing results, provider pipeline, candidate feedback and search challenges, upcoming interviews, future strategies, and more.

Our 7-step process has four crucial steps that set up each search for success:

Client Portal and Progress Reports
  1. Recruiter Introduction – The process starts with meeting your recruiter and discussing the previous challenges you had with this position
  2. On-Site Evaluation – Your recruiter will schedule an on-site evaluation to gather as much information about the opportunity and your community
  3. Opportunity Creation – Our teams go to work creating the opportunity, which includes developing an EPiC report specific to your opportunity
  4. Marketing Strategy – The recruiter will also create a marketing strategy for your opportunity to ensure we are reaching the right candidates
  5. Launch Search – We post your opportunity to job boards and deploy the marketing campaign
  6. Candidate Screening and Interviews – We thoroughly vet each candidate and provide a dossier on each candidate before scheduling interviews
  7. Placement – We guarantee each placement. If a provider falls off within four months from their start date, and we are unable to recruit a replacement, we will refund the completion fee
