Director of Critical Care

Help Grow a New Service Line

• Seeking a Critical Care Director to oversee a newly formed employed group
• Leadership adult critical care position covering 1 hospital location; 75% clinical and 25% administrative
• 425-Bed level 3 trauma center, well-staffed 22-bed ICU; EPIC EMR
• The group schedule is 7 on/7 off; with protected time for leadership activities
• Split call between all group providers; in-house residents cover the ICU as well
• Excellent compensation, directorship pay, sign-on bonus, relocation, full benefits
• H1b visa sponsorship is available
• Candidates with a background and interest in pulmonary medicine accepted also
