Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: $265k Base salary + RVU production starting year 1
Sign-On Bonus: $40,000
Additional Bonuses: Annual quality bonus
Supervisory Opportunities: If interested in pursuing supervisory opportunities, earn an additional $6k per year per FTE for supervision will be added onto salary
