Join successful orthopedic practice in Tullahoma, Tennessee, as part of the Vanderbilt University Medical Center System!

This is an opportunity with an established practice with various orthopedic physicians. The area has been without a spine surgeon and has a strong market need.

Practice Highlights:

• Previous spine surgeon was averaging 400+ cases per year
• Practice includes both general and sports orthopedics specialists
• They are currently referring out spine cases but want to bring them in-house
• Local referrals coming from primary care, pain management, and neurology specialists
• Spine cases performed in the hospital with two ORs dedicated to spine
• Hospital is a non-trauma facility (all cases elective)

Compensation Highlights

• Ranges from $630,000 - $800,00 based on experience and qualifications
• RVU-based incentive in place
• Student loan forgiveness is available
• Signing bonus & relocation allowance
• 29 days PTO (8-hr days) PLUS 2 weeks CME
• Occurrence-based malpractice w/tail coverage
