Cardiac Sonographer | Up to 107K

Highlights:

• $74.4K to $107.9K
• Sign-on/Relocation: 12K
• (3) weeks Outpatient and (1) week inpatient
• EMR – Epic, (1) echo per HR.
• Flexibility: One week on/1 week off
• (4) new echos: GE E95 and S70

Essential Job Functions:

• Performs complete adult two-dimensional echos: Real-time images, M-mode, pulsed wave, continuous wave, and color Doppler
• Performs adult stress echo: Pharmacological stress echo, TEE, contrast agent, ETT
• Completes documentation of all information required for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams.
• Performs ancillary duties: Required to maintain proper scheduling, distribution, billing, and archival of exams and procedures that adhere to ICAEL standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferred: 2 yrs. experience in post-graduation cardiac ultrasound (welcomes new grads)
• Preferred: American Heart Association ACLS
• (6) months of clinical training in cardiac ultrasound or comparable experience
• Associate Degree in Cardiovascular Technology from a CAAHEP program or Health Science Program
• American Heart Association BLS
• Current Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) required within a year of hire
