Practice Highlights

4-day work week and shared call rotation
149-bed, not-for-profit hospital and the region's premier choice for OB/GYN care
Joining (4) other practicing OB/GYN physicians and (2) NPs
Busy practice with expanding patient base - no competition within a 30-minute radius

Financial Package

$425,000 guaranteed base salary + uncapped RVUs + quality bonus eligible
$75,000 sign-on bonus
$20,000 annual retention bonus for years 1-3

Qualifications

Medical degree and board certification/eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Valid and unrestricted medical license in Illinois or eligibility for licensure.
Demonstrated experience in OB/GYN, focusing on providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and medical staff.
