Practice Highlights

• Utilize state-of-the-art offices, world-class technology, and academic resources to deliver the highest standard of care
• Perform robotic-assisted surgeries (previous robotic training is preferred)
• Clinical autonomy and excellent support that is available when needed or desired

• Mon-Fri schedule, avg. 4-50 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits

• A competitive base guarantee (commensurate with experience) up to $400,000 + RVU production bonus
• Partnership earning potential: $985,981 per year

Requirements

• MD/DO
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• A valid medical license in the state of California or the eligibility to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
