Montana Physical Therapy Opening

Position Highlights

• $35.35 to 50.83 (based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus: $10K
• Relocation: Up to $10K
• Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• The average patient volume of 8 to 10 per day for outpatient and 5 per day for inpatient
• The call schedule is 1:5 on weekends

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical impairments or disabilities
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that are individualized and goal-oriented
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a current Montana license or eligibility for licensure
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient physical therapy is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
