The average patient volume of 8 to 10 per day for outpatient and 5 per day for inpatient
The call schedule is 1:5 on weekends

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical impairments or disabilities
Develop and implement effective treatment plans that are individualized and goal-oriented
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a current Montana license or eligibility for licensure
Experience in outpatient and inpatient physical therapy is preferred
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
