The Opportunity:

  • Guiding day-to-day operations across two sites
  • Have true clinical autonomy—you can establish SOPs, influence workflows, and really make the role your own.
  • Help shape treatment protocols, support quality improvement, and serve on the QA Committee.
  • Mentor dentists, support staff, and play a big role in professional development, hiring decisions, and strategy
  • Oversee dental student rotations, and community outreach
  • This isn't a back-office leadership role. You'll be leading by example and shaping care every step of the way!

  • M-F work schedule, 8 am - 5 pm

Requirements/Experience

  • DMD or DDS from an accredited institution
  • Licensure as a dentist in the State of Kansas (or eligible to obtain)
  • Current DEA certificate.
  • Maintains appropriate licensure and certification including meeting and/or exceeding CME requirements.
  • CPR certification required (must be obtained within 30 days of employment).
  • Must possess a thorough knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
  • Ability to work independently, organize, monitor, and adjust work as necessary to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems.
  • FQHC or public healthcare setting experience preferred
