Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director of Anesthesia to join a patient-centered and physician-led organization at a thriving 225-bed regional medical center in a booming West Texas town. As the Medical Director of Anesthesia, you will be able to lead and oversee our anesthesia department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient anesthesia services to our patients.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base compensation of $575,000
• Additional $36,000 Medical Director stipend

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in Anesthesiology.
• Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Texas or eligible for Texas licensure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of current anesthesia practices, techniques, and technologies
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
