A patient focused-community health center is seeking a dynamic LCSW to join its thriving team. This role involves delivering, supervising, and managing various psychological assessments, diagnostic, counseling therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services within a clinical setting. It requires significant autonomy in decision-making and program administration. Additionally, it entails taking the lead in guiding and instructing counselors, social workers, and interns involved in therapeutic and patient care tasks as deemed suitable for each specific position.
