 Requirements

  • MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board-certified in Family Medicine
  • Completion of Fellowship in Sports Medicine
  • Active Georgia license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Minimum of 5 years of documented experience as a Team Physician for College Teams, Olympic Teams, Minor League Teams, or Professional Teams.
