• Diverse Practice Mix: Our medical facility offers a wonderful mix of both Obstetrics and Gynecology. You will have the opportunity to handle approximately 20-30 deliveries per month and have a dedicated OR day. Additionally, there is an option to add half a day to your schedule if desired.
• Advanced Medical Support: Our Level III NICU, along with the availability of an onsite da Vinci (Xi) surgical system, Laborist Program, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and an efficient Epic EMR system, ensures that you can provide the highest level of patient care.
• Phenomenal Referral Base: You will have the privilege of serving a thriving community with a robust referral base, ensuring a steady stream of patients and exciting medical challenges.
• Competitive Compensation Package: We value your expertise and offer a highly competitive package, including a base compensation of $340,000 plus wRVU-based production bonuses. Additionally, you will receive six weeks of vacation, a $4,500 CME allowance per year, student loan assistance, a residency stipend (if applicable), and a generous $25,000 sign-on bonus.
