The Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to children and adolescents with various mental health disorders. This position offers a unique schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off, allowing for a lot of flexibility in terms of work-life balance. The schedule covers all seven days of the week, from Monday to Sunday.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual compensation of approximately $300,000, commensurate with experience.
Student loan assistance program, providing $20,000 per contract year, paid upfront. Minimum commitment of 3 years and maximum of 5 years.
Relocation bonus of up to $10,000 to assist with moving expenses.
Sign-on bonus of $30,000 upon joining the organization.
Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $5,000 to support professional development.
State Pension Plan with a 6.7% match, with vesting after 5 years of service.
Deferred Compensation program available
Requirements:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or eligibility in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Valid state medical license or the ability to obtain one.
Strong clinical skills and experience in providing psychiatric care to children and adolescents.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
