$125,574 financial package

Practice Highlights:

• Monday - Friday schedule, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Approximately 6 to 10 patients a day
• No call
• $105,000 Salary
• $20,000 Sign-on Bonus
• $5,000 Relocation bonus
• $750 per 40 hours annually
