Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a limited panel of 400 geriatric patients.
• Conduct daily outpatient visits, seeing 8-10 patients per day, to ensure personalized attention and comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals in a state-of-the-art facility to deliver top-notch medical services.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for Spanish-speaking patients by facilitating effective communication.
