Position Highlights

• Brand-New Clinic: Practice in a state-of-the-art, tribal-owned outpatient clinic with 11 dental chairs and advanced equipment.
• Structured Schedule: 4-day workweek with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties.
• Team-Based Model: Collaborate with a Lead General Dentist, dental hygienist, and three skilled dental assistants in a supportive environment.
• Community-Focused Care: Serve an underserved population, providing preventive and compassionate dental care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $190,000–$228,000 per year, plus bi-annual productivity bonuses.
• Production Bonus: Up to $10,000 annually for high-performing General Dentists.
• Sign-On & Relocation: $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.
• Health Insurance: Fully paid medical insurance for you and eligible dependents.
• Paid Time Off & CME: Generous PTO, paid holidays, 1 week CME leave, plus annual CME allowance.
• Retirement Plan: Employer-matched contributions.
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $70,000 tax-free through NHSC, with additional incentives for multi-year commitments; HPSA score of 20.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Active, unrestricted North Dakota dental license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and comfort with digital record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, community-based care.
