General Dentist Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $190,000 - $228,000 per year, including bi-annual productivity bonuses
  • Production Bonus: Up to $10,000 annually for high-performing General Dentist professionals
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
  • Relocation Assistance: For out-of-area General Dentist hires
  • Health Insurance: Fully paid medical insurance for the General Dentist and eligible dependents
  • Paid Time Off: Generous PTO, paid holidays, and 1 week of CME leave
  • CME Support: Annual CME allowance to help the General Dentist stay up to date with advancements
  • Retirement Plan: Employer-matched retirement contributions
  • Loan Repayment Eligibility:
  • Up to $70,000 in tax-free loan repayment through NHSC
  • $50,000 for an initial 2-year service agreement as a General Dentist
  • Additional $20,000 available for one-year continuation contracts
  • Competitive HPSA score of 20 for dental—ideal for General Dentist loan forgiveness

Qualifications for the General Dentist Role:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
  • Active, unrestricted North Dakota dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable using digital record systems
  • Committed to community-based, patient-centered care
