CT Tech - Central Texas - Day or Night Shifts Available

We are seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded, proficient CT Technologist to join our dynamic team. Our esteemed healthcare facility in Brownwood, Texas, is dedicated to providing exceptional medical care to our community.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CT equipment in an acute care facility and will work closely with physicians and other medical staff to ensure accurate and precise diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities:

• Performing CT imaging procedures and routine maintenance, troubleshooting as necessary.
• Prepare patients for scans, ensuring their comfort, safety, and compliance with procedure requirements.
• Position patients correctly and administer contrast agents as needed for optimal image quality.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and address any concerns or complications that may arise.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review and analyze imaging results.
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedures, patient information, and imaging records.
• Opportunities for growth in the Radiology department, professional development and continuing education.
• Day and night shifts available

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• State licensure to practice as a CT Technologist in Texas
