Medical Laboratory Technician – Competitive Pay, Great Benefits

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will perform various tests in a moderate complexity core laboratory, including hematology, chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, blood bank, and more. You will work closely with a team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, and blood bank.
• Perform type screens, cross-matching, manual gels, and tube methods.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of laboratory specimens.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshooting as necessary.
• Adhere to established protocols and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver precise and reliable diagnostic information.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT).
• Certification or eligibility for certification as an MLT or CLT is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $21.84 - $41.50 per hour, depending on experience and certification level.
